5. User Responsibilities

• Not reverse-engineer our systems

7. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are non-refundable after 14 days
• Failed payments may suspend service access

• Losses exceeding your last 6 months' fees

• Violation of third-party rights

13. Dispute Resolution

1. Mandatory Negotiation: 30-day good-faith discussion
2. Mediation: Through UK-approved ADR provider
3. Jurisdiction: Exclusive venue in London courts

14. General Terms

• Amendments require 30-day notice
• Severability: Invalid clauses don't void agreement
• Assignment: We may transfer rights
• Entire agreement supersedes prior discussions
